Richdaddy Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

Please read and fully understand these Terms and Conditions before registering or using any richdaddy services. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by all rules stated herein.

Account Eligibility

Richdaddy services are for adults aged 18 and above only. Only one account is permitted per individual. Duplicate registrations will result in account termination without warning. Identity verification (KYC) is required to process your winning withdrawals.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum deposit RM 20 and minimum withdrawal RM 50. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Withdrawals are processed within 1–2 hours via online banking or digital wallet. No additional fees are charged for standard withdrawals.

Bonus Rules

Each bonus is subject to a clearly stated wagering requirement. Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts. Bonus abuse, including using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in bonus cancellation and potential account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. RichDaddy will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication for maximum account protection.

Game Rules

All games use an independently certified RNG system. Game outcomes are final and non-disputable unless a verifiable technical error has occurred. The use of automation software, bots, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

Termination & Restrictions

Richdaddy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions. Accounts suspected of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to richdaddy, the online entertainment and gaming platform operated by richdaddy Entertainment Sdn. Bhd. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs your use of the richdaddy.win website and all services offered therein.

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the RichDaddy platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and all other guidelines published by RichDaddy from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our platform.

These terms were last updated in January 2026 and take effect immediately. You are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes that have been made.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use RichDaddy's services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

  • At least 18 years old on the account registration date.
  • Is a legally competent individual capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
  • Not appearing on any prohibition or restriction list imposed by any relevant authority.
  • Possessing full mental capacity to make financial decisions responsibly.
  • Registering using personal information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Richdaddy enforces a strict identity verification process for all members. You are required to submit valid identification documents (MyKad, passport, or equivalent) when requested, particularly before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.

Important: Only one account is permitted per individual, IP address, device, phone number, or residential address. Holding multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances and unclaimed wins.

3. Account Usage

Your RichDaddy account is for your personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or sold to any other party under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account Security Responsibilities

  • Keep your password secure and do not disclose it to anyone.
  • Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
  • Notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Update your account information whenever there are changes to your personal details.

Richdaddy will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure.

4. Deposits & Payments

Richdaddy accepts deposits via a variety of secure and recognized payment methods, including Malaysian online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect), digital wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay), and other payment methods listed on the platform's deposit page.

  • Minimum deposit amount: RM 20 per transaction.
  • Accepted currency: Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.
  • Funds will be credited to your account within 5 minutes of successful payment confirmation.
  • Richdaddy does not accept third-party deposits. The bank account holder's name must match the registered richdaddy account name.
  • Any deposit made using an unauthorized or unrecognized payment method will be returned without interest.

All deposit transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. richdaddy does not store your credit card or debit card information in our systems.

5. Withdrawal of Wins

Your wins are entirely yours, and RichDaddy is committed to processing every withdrawal request promptly and accurately. The following withdrawal policy applies:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 50 per request.
  • Processing time: 1 to 2 hours for standard requests during operating hours.
  • Your first withdrawal requires full KYC verification before it can be processed.
  • Funds will be transferred directly to the bank account or digital wallet registered in your profile.
  • The withdrawal recipient name must match the name on the registered richdaddy account.
  • Richdaddy reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds.

Bonus-Related Withdrawal Conditions

Wins obtained using bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. Please review the specific terms for each bonus you claim on our promotions page.

Note: Withdrawals to third-party accounts, business accounts, or accounts that do not match the richdaddy account holder's identity will not be processed, and the funds will be returned to your account balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Richdaddy offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and rules stated in the relevant promotion details.

General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted.
  • Each member is only eligible to claim one type of new bonus within the same period unless otherwise stated.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
  • Richdaddy reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion without prior notice.
  • Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts or unauthorized wagering — will result in bonus cancellation and potentially account closure.

7. Game Rules

All games available on the richdaddy platform are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by internationally accredited independent auditing bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is completely random, fair, and free from any manipulation.

  • Game results finalised by the system are conclusive and cannot be altered.
  • In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, richdaddy reserves the right to void the round in question and return the bet to the player.
  • The use of any automation software, bots, scripts, or external assistance methods to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
  • The RTP (Return to Player) value for each slot game is displayed within the game information for player reference.
  • Jackpot wins are subject to additional verification before payout.

8. Prohibited Player Conduct

To maintain a safe and fair gaming environment for all players, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the RichDaddy platform:

  • Using more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
  • Sharing your account with another individual or allowing others to use your account.
  • Using software, bots, or automated tools to play or manipulate the system.
  • Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt platform operations.
  • Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity through the platform.
  • Spreading false information, making fraudulent claims, or defaming richdaddy or its employees.
  • Exploiting any bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors for personal gain.

Violation of any of the above rules will result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and wins, and potential reporting to the relevant legal authorities.

9. Security & Data Privacy

Richdaddy takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. All information you provide during registration and platform use is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers that comply with the highest industry security standards.

Richdaddy's use of your personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. You may read that document on the Privacy Policy of ours. RichDaddy will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

  • Your data is stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel.
  • You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.
  • Transaction records are retained for the period required under applicable Malaysian law.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Richdaddy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Confirmation that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
  • Registration information that is false, inaccurate, or misleading.
  • Activity suspected to be related to fraud, money laundering, or financial crime.
  • Use of unauthorized third-party software.
  • Requests from law enforcement agencies.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid balance will be returned to you once all relevant checks have been completed.

11. Liability Limits & Disclaimers

The richdaddy platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. richdaddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use our platform.

  • Richdaddy does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times.
  • RichDaddy's maximum total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
  • Richdaddy is not responsible for losses resulting from internet service disruptions, hardware failures, or events beyond our control (force majeure).

All disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process and are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian law.

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Richdaddy reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version of the Terms. Continued use of the RichDaddy platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Where significant amendments are made, richdaddy will notify registered members via email or in-platform notification. We encourage you to always read any official communications from richdaddy.
